Alhaji Osman Masawudu Denies Claims He Took Fancy Gadam’s Wife

The third vice chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Alhaji Osman Masawudu, has dismissed claims that he took the wife of Ghanaian musician Fancy Gadam, insisting that the woman was already divorced before he married her.

Speaking on the matter, Masawudu said there was no interference in the musician’s marriage, explaining that his relationship with his current wife only began after her divorce from Fancy Gadam had been finalized.

“I did not snatch Fancy Gadam’s wife. They were already divorced when I married her as my second wife,” he said.

His comments come amid ongoing public discussion and social media speculation surrounding his marriage, with some alleging that he played a role in the breakdown of Fancy Gadam’s previous relationship.

Masawudu rejected those allegations, maintaining that he respected the former couple’s marital status and only married the woman after their marriage had legally ended.

Neither Fancy Gadam nor his representatives had publicly responded to Masawudu’s latest comments at the time of publication.
